My role in DI consisted of four main pillars. The functional role, The technological role, the Philosophical role, and the professional role.
​
As of the philosophical role, I was a member of the "Policies Committee" where I succeeded to add my input in writing new policies and amending/updating old ones. I succeeded to make good use of my historical experiences and strong knowledge in deciding what should be done for the good of students and the institution.
​
For the technological role, I worked in DI in its first 4 years of the inauguration. It was a very challenging phase as I participated in the following functions:

Student Information System (SIS) planning and implementation as a business owner member.

Managed student transition from paper-based to SIS records including advising, problem-solving and support
-
Organizing and obtaining training to faculty and students on Oracle Student Information System (SIS)
DI chose people soft for the SIS, MOODLE as a learning management system (LMS), Deskpro for the ticketing system and Qlik for the statistics production.

For the professional role, I succeeded to manage a team of two subordinates. I joined several professional development programs as follows:

My role in E-JUST consisted of three main pillars. The functional role, the Philosophical role, and the professional role.

As for the philosophical role, I was the administrative member of the Academic Committee, I used to present the reports, and suggest solutions for the issues facing the students that are related to the Admissions, Registration, Financial Aid, and Grants. I also led the undergraduate recruitment and admission planning workshop.
